Question: How do I make a booking?

Question: How much notice do you require for a booking?
Answer: We always recommend booking early to avoid the disappointment of not securing your chosen inflatable, but please phone as soon as possible to see if we can help.

Question: Can I keep the castle overnight?
Answer: Yes, you can for just £30 extra on a standard bouncy castle.

Question: What age is the inflatable suitable for?
Answer: Unless stated otherwise, our units are suitable for users up to the age of 12. Adults - please look at our Adult Units.

Question: What time do you deliver and collect?
Answer: We deliver throughout the day between the hours of 8am and 12pm for home setups. Collection starts from 5pm. A time slot will be given by your delivery driver prior to the hire. If you are in a hall, please call us and specify when your function begins and ends.

Question: Is the inflatable insured?
Answer: Yes, our inflatables have £5 Million Public Liability Insurance.

Question: Can I use the inflatable on Astro Turf.
Answer: Yes, please ensure that we know you have astro turf at the tiime of booking as we will need to take the correct weight to hold the inflatable with sandbags.
